Terms of Use

By using Short Drama you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. The service
Short Drama is a streaming service for short series and short films, accessed in the browser or through the installed app, operated by ShortDramaTV Brazil. Content is provided by distribution partners and may change, be added or be removed without notice.
2. Account and access
Your account is created with your email at your first purchase or on request. Access is personal and non-transferable, limited to 3 devices and one screen at a time. You are responsible for keeping access to your mailbox and for not sharing access links or codes.
3. Plans and payment
We offer weekly, monthly and yearly plans, billed automatically on a recurring basis until cancelled. Prices are shown in your country's currency before purchase and may differ between countries. Payments are processed by Stripe. Promotional discounts (new-user price or special offer) apply to the first period only, unless the checkout says otherwise; renewals are charged at the full amount shown when you subscribed.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time under Profile → Manage subscription, with no penalty. Access continues until the end of the paid period and there are no further charges.
5. Withdrawal and refunds
The withdrawal rights of your country of residence apply (in the EU, 14 days, except for digital content already consumed with your agreement). Email support@playshortdrama.com; refunds go back to the original payment method. Other requests are reviewed case by case, especially when a technical fault prevented use.
6. Permitted use
Content is for personal, non-commercial use. Downloading, recording, redistributing, publicly displaying, circumventing technical protections, using bots or sharing the account beyond the device limit is prohibited and may lead to suspension without refund.
7. Intellectual property
Titles, videos, images, brands and other materials belong to their respective owners and distribution partners. The Short Drama brand and site belong to ShortDramaTV. Nothing in these terms transfers any rights to you. Rights holders may contact us at support@playshortdrama.com.
8. Availability
We work to keep the service available, but there may be downtime due to maintenance, third-party failures or force majeure. Titles may become unavailable at the distribution partners' decision.
9. Communications
We will email you and, if you provide your number, message you on WhatsApp about your account (access, renewal, payment). Promotional messages can be turned off at any time from the message itself or via support.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to you by the consumer laws of your country.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Brazilian law, with venue in Brazil, without prejudice to the consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Questions: support@playshortdrama.com or the support chat in the app.
13. Coins and Bonus
Coins are credits bought in packs, as a one-time payment, to unlock single episodes without a subscription. They never expire, are not transferable or convertible to cash, and are valid only inside Short Drama. The price of each episode in Coins is shown before unlocking and may vary by title and by day. Local withdrawal rights apply to Coins not yet used; a refund removes the remaining Coins from your balance and keeps the episodes already unlocked. Bonus are promotional credits earned through actions in the app (check-in, watching, inviting friends); they have a short validity shown in the app, their rules and caps may change at any time, and they have no cash value. In case of fraud or abuse, we may cancel Bonus and suspend the account.
